I Margaret Debenham of Knightsbridge do revoke all former wills and do declare this to be my last will and testament I leave to Mary Hammett twenty pounds with all my furniture and every thing in this House cloathes etc. and to Ann Hammett I bequeath five pounds and to the Rev Mr Garsting ten pounds to Thomas Chapman whom I leave my executor I bequeath ten pounds and to his Nephew Wm Chapman five pounds and to John Debenham son of my late husband twenty pounds to Mrs Kirkham Housekeeper of the late Sir Wm Pulteney I bequeath five pounds to Mrs Caddock of High Row Knightsbridge five pounds for her kind attention to me And I leave all the residue of my property after all my funeral and other just expences are paid to my nephew Mr James Kenney of Dublin son of my late brother James Kenney Esq of the aforesaid place I further desire that my funeral may be neat that I may be buried beside my….sister in Saint Margaret Church Yard Westminster And I hereby appoint Thomas Chapman Esq aforesaid my sole executor Queens Buildings Knightsbridge this twenty fifth day of December One thousand eight hundred and nine_ M Debenham
