In the Name of God Amen I Martha Dean of
Langford in the County of Bedford Widow Do make this my last
Will and Testament in manner and form following Commiting my
Soul to the Lord and my Body to the Earth I Give unto my Brother
John Beaumont Two Shillings a Week During his life and for that
Purpose I Will that a Hundred and five Pounds be deposited in
the Hands of the Executor to this my last Will and Testament
that the said Two Shillings a Week be paid to my said Brother
John out of the Interest thence arising during his life I Give
unto my Brother Edward Beaumont my Sister Mary Norman my Sister
Ann Man and my Sister Elizabeth Searl all the Rest residue and
remainder of my Goods Chattels Money Debts owing to me and all
and Singular my Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever (my
Personal Debts and ffuneral Expences being first Discharged and
paid)to be Divided between them my Brother Edward and Sisters
Mary Ann and Elizabeth Share and Share alike And Moreover my
Will is that if any of my said Brother or Sisters Should Die
before they have received their Parts leaving Issue such Issue
so left Shall have Equally Divided among them their respective
ffather or Mother’s Part And that after the Decease of my
Brother John the said Hundred and ffive Pounds put out for the
Security of his Maintenance I Will to be Equally divided between
the surviving Brother and Sisters or the Children lawfully
begotten by them and the Children of each to be Intitled to
their respective ffather or Mother’s Part And the Children of my
Brother John if he shall leave any to have an Equal Share of the
same And Lastly I do hereby make and Ordain my Brother John Man
Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament to which I set
my hand and Seal this ninth day of May In the Year of our Lord
