Lincolnshire Grasor of Stow in the Parrish of Threekingham Being
of Sound and Disposing Mind and Memory Confident in the
Uncertainty of Life I Do Maike this My Last Will and Testament
In Manner and Form Following that Is to Say First I Commit my
Soul to Almighty God in Hopes through his Mercy and the Merrits
of My Saviour Jesus Christ to Enjoy Eternal Rest and My Boddy I
Commit to the Earth to be Decently Buried at the Discretion of
My Executors Herein After Named and as for such temporal Effects
as It Hath Pleased God to Bless Me With I give and Dispose
thereof as Followeth
and my is
1 Primus I will that all my Dets and
Funeral Charges be Paid and Discharged
Item I give to my Daughter Elinor Dauson
When She Shall Attain to ye Aige of one and twentie years ye Sum
of Fifty Pounds
Item I give to my Daughter Elizabeth
Dauson fifty Pounds when She Shall Attain to ye Aige of one and
twenty years
Item I Give to My Daughter Ann Dawson
fifty Pounds when She Shall Attain to ye Aiege of one and twenty
Years
Item I give to my Wife all My Houses and
Lands Laying at Durinton for her Life and After Her Decease to
my Son Edward Dauson to him and his airs for ever
and If any one of those three Daughters
die before they come to ye aige of one and twenty years to go to
the Survivors and for ye Executors to Bring them up with free
Bord and Scooling while they Shall Attain to ye Aige of one and
twenty years
And all the Rest of My Goods and Chattels
I Give to my Wife and my Son Edward Dauson of Whom I do Maike my
Whole and Sole Executors and my Brother Morris to by my trustees
for My Wife and Children of this My Last Will and Testemont
Revoking all Others
