This is the last Will and Testament of me John Davison of Acomb in the County of Northumberland Husbandman I do order and direct that all my just Debts and Funeral Expences be paid by my Executrix hereinafter named and appointed out of my Personal Estate and Effects I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Jane Wife of Mordue of the Spittle near Berwick Husbandman the Sum of Five Shillings of lawful Money of Great Britain I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Isabell Wife of Jacob Bell of Wind Mill Hill in the County of Durham Miller the Sum of Five Shillings of like lawful Money which said Legacies I will and order to be paid by ny said Executrix out of my said Estate and Effects within three Calendar Months next after my decease and as to all the rest residue and remainder of my Goods Chattels Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what Nature or kind soever the same may be or consist I give and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto my Daughter Margaret Wife of John Burdis of Acomb in in the County of Northumberland aforesaid Farmer I do nominate and appoint my said Daughter Margaret Wife of the said John Burdis sole executrix of this my last Will and Testament And I do revoke all former and other Wills and Testaments by me at any time heretofore made and I do publish and declare this to be and contain my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament set my Hand and Seal the Seventeenth day of January in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and three
