This is the last Will and Testament of me David Davis of Saint James Street Hatter made this fourteenth day of April one thousand eight hundred and one I give the Lease of my House and Shop to my dear Wife Elizabeth Davis and Oswald Strong now living with me and I give my Goods Chattells ffurniture and Stock in Trade Book Debts and all other my Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever (except the said Lease) unto my said Wife during her life a Share of my Trade and Business equally with the said Oswald Strong I appoint my said Wife the said Oswald Strong and Samuel Pritchard of the Borough of Southwark Hatter Executors of this my Will and revoke all other Wills heretofore made In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal the day & Year above written The mark & Seal X of David Davis
