I, Ann Davis,
Widow, of the Parish of Horsington, in the County of Somerset,
do hereby declare this to be my last Will and Testament, made
this thirteenth day of November, in the year of our Lord
One thousand eight
hundred and seventy three. (My late husband, giving me power to
dispose of all things as I thought proper) I give and bequeath
to my youngest daughter, Emma Louisa Davis, the whole property
which I may be possessed of at my decease, including a double
cottage at South Cheriton in the Parish of Horsington aforesaid,
all cows, pigs, and any other stock, all hay and feed on the
land all casks, cider, dairy utensils, all farm implements, all
household furniture and any other effects, for her sole use and
benefit The said Emma Louisa Davis to pay all debts charges and
just claims which may be due at my decease and consequent
thereon.
And I
hereby appoint Mr Charles Parsons, Yeoman, of Marsh Court Farm,
in the Parish of Wincanton, in the County of Somerset aforesaid
as my Executor to see
these my wishes fully carried out.

On the thirtieth day of
April 1874 the Will of Ann Davis late of the Parish of
Horsington in the County of Somerset Widow deceased, who died
on the twenty fourth day of February 1874 at Horsington
aforesaid was proved in the Principal Registry of Her Majesty's
Court of Probate, by the Oath of Charles Parsons of Hook Farm
Stoke Trister in the said County Yeoman the sole Executor named
in the said Will he having been first sworn duly to administer
