I William Davill of the Town of Monmouth
in the County of Monmouth Skinner being of sound and disposing
mind memory and understanding do make this my last Will and
Testament in manner following that is to say I will and direct
that my just Debts ffuneral Expences and the charge of proving
this my will be in the first pace paid and discharged and after
payment thereof I give devise and bequeath of my Worldly Estate
as followeth I give and bequeath unto my Son in law John Turner
the Sum of One Shilling I give and bequeath unto my good
ffriends Thomas Probyn Tanner John Probyn Tanner and Nicholas
Cowan Mercer all of the said Town of Monmouth the ffurniture
which is usually kept in the room wherein I usually lie In trust
for them the said Thomas Probyn John Probyn and Nicholas Cowan
to Permit and suffer my daughter Elizabeth Turner To have use
hold and enjoy the same for and during the term of her natural
life and after her decease to deliver the same to the heirs of
her body and in default of heirs of her body to deliver the same
to my Son John Davill his Executors Administrators or Assigns as
his and their Goods & Chattles for ever And all the rest and
residue of my Estate and Effects both Real and Personal of what
nature or kind soever or wheresoever I give devise and bequeath
to my Son John Davill his heirs Executors Administrators and
Assigns for ever To hold to him his heirs Executors
Administrators and Assigns for ever And I do appoint my said Son
John Davill soel Executor of this my Will hereby revoking all
former Wills by me at any time heretofore made and I do declare
this to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have
hereunto set my hand and Seal this Twenty eighth day of November
