In the name of God : Amen : the one and twentie daie of Januarie Anno Domini one thousand six hundred and seaven I Rawlyne Dabynott of Chardstocke in the Countie of Dorsett widdowe beinge sicke of bodie but whole in minde and of pfect remembrance (thankes be to Almightie god) doe here ordaine and make this my last will and testamt (in manner and forme followinge vizt) ffirst I give and bequeathe my soule to almightie god my maker desiringe him for his Sonne Jesus Christes sake that he will accept and receive the same And my bodie I will to be buried in the p[ar]ishe Churche of Chardstocke aforesaid  Item I giue and bequeathe to the parishe Church of Chardstocke the sume of five shillinges eight pence  Item to the poore of Chardstocke I giue and bequeathe five shillings eight pence  Item to the pishe church of Memburye I giue three shillings foure pence  Item to the poore there Sixe shillings eight pence  Item to the pishe church of yarcombe I giue and bequeath sixe shillings eight pence  Item to the poore there I giue six shillings eight pence  Item to the pishe churche of Whitstanton I giue and bequeath three shillings foure pence  Item to the poore there I giue and bequeath six shillings eight pence  Item to the churche of Manbrocke? I giue three shillings foure pence  Item to the poore there I giue three shillings foure pence  Item to my sonne Thomas Dabinott I giue and bequeathe the some of Twentie poundes currant english money & my best brasse crocke  Item to John Dabynott my sonne I giue and bequeath one Table board, the beurche formes, and all the windowe leaves belonginge to the house.  Item to Rawline Dabinott a daughter of my sonne John I giue & bequeathe the some of fortie shillings.  Item to Johane Smith my daughter I giue and bequeath the some of sixteene poundes and tenne shillings currant english money  Item to Rawline fford my daughter I giue and bequeathe the some of fortie shillings currant english money one chuste [chest] standing in my lying chamber, and one coffer and my best panne? In my house  Item to Rawline fforde daughter of Rowlan fforde I giue one little Crocke of brasse and one ??  Item to Rawline Dabinott daughter of my sonne Christopher Dabinott I guie & bequeath the some of twentye pounds Currant englishe money due? great panne? Beinge in her ffather’s Custodye and one chuste there, one browinge tubbe twoe platters and twoe podnigers? of tyme  Item to Joane Dabinott daughter of the saide Christopher I give and bequeathe one gallen panne of brasse  Item to Anne Dabinott daughter of the saide Christopher I give and bequeathe the summe of five poundes currant englishe money and the bedsteeede wce I lye upon, and one panne of brasse  Item to every of my godchildren I give and bequeathe twelve pence  All the rest of my goodes and c[h]attles whatsoever moveable or unmoveable, and in whose handes or custodie soever they be or may be founde I give and wholie bequeath to my sonne Christopher Dabinott whome I doe ordaine and make my sole and onely executor of this my last will and testament
