In the Name of God Amen I Mary Custance of Bridge Street in the Town of Aberystwyth in the County of Cardigan Widow being of sound and disposing mind and memory for which I bless god do make this my last Will and testament as follows ffirst and principally I commend my Soul to the Hands of God my Creator in hopes of a happy...... through the merits of my dear Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and my body to the Earth I give and bequeath the interest of what stands in my name in the Irish new four pounds Pr Cent to my dear Sister Esther Pritchard Widow during her life time which stands now in the power of Attorney given by me unto Thomas Williams and Morris Davies Esquires & Co Bankers now in Aberystwyth and after her decease the aforesaid Interest I give and bequeath to Charles James Trickey during his lifetime and after his decease to his Sister Esther Mary Trickey and Thomas Pritchard during their lifetime and after their decease to Thomas Trickey and George Trickey brothers of the said Esther Mary Trickey I give and bequeath unto David Davies Son of my nephew Morgan Davies late of  Clyta..... the sum of ffifteen pounds to be paid by my Executor hereinafter named I give and bequeath unto Edward Edwards and Esther Mary Edwards children of William and Esther Edwards of Llanilar the sum of Ten pounds each to be paid by my Executor I give and bequeath unto William Morgan the Son of William Morgan Hair Dresser the sum of Ten pounds to be paid as aforesaid I give and bequeath unto Morgan Edwards Son of William Edwards of Llanilar Carpenter deceased the sum of ffive pounds as aforesaid I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint Rice Jones of the Town of Aberystwyth aforesaid Esquire sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all and every former and other Will and Wills by me at any time heretofore made In Witness whereof I the Testatrix before named have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal the thirtieth day of May in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty nine Mary Custance   (Attestation Clause)   Dd Jenkins of Aberystwyth    Cathn Jenkins   Proved at London 25 June 1830   PCC Prob11/1772
