This is the Last Will and Testament of me THOMAS CUST of Richmond in the County of Yorkshire carpenter in manner and form following that is to say I give devise and bequeath unto my dear wife DOROTHY all my messuages tenements and hereditaments and premises in Richmond and elsewhere and also all my goods and chattels and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever To Hold to her my said wife subject to the payment of my just debts and funeral expences and I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint her my said wife sole executrix of this my Last Will and Testament in witness whereof I herby set my hand and seal this 18 July 1780
