In the Name of God Amen I Joseph Crofts of
Toller Porcoram in the County of Dorset Gentleman being of sound and
disposing mind Memory and understanding but mindful of my mortality
do this twenty second day of June in the year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and fifty two make and publish this my last
will and testament in manner and form following that is to say First
to give to my Grandson William Yeates the whole of my Clothes at my
decease I also give to my beloved wife Ann Crofts immediately after
my decease all my Lands situate in the Parish of Toller Porcorum
which my son Thomas Crofts now Rent of me Also all my Rents due to
me from my son Thomas Crofts, also my Cow, Household Goods and
furniture and whatever may become due to me at my decease
wheresoever and whatsoever it may be After my said Wifes decease I
give to my Daughter Barbara Yeates all my Household Goods and
furniture the Insurance money that will become due after my said
Wifes decease I Give to my son John Crofts Also my son Thomas Crofts
and my daughter Barbara Yeates to be divided fairly and equally
between them And I hereby Nominate and appoint my Son John Crofts
Miller and my Nephew Thomas Baker of the Parish of Askerswell in the
County of Dorset Yeoman my Executors in Trust of this my last Will
and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills and Bequests by me
heretofore at any time made And declaring this and no other to be my
last will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my
Hand and seal this twenty second day of June One thousand eight
