In the Presents of God Almighty Amen
I William Crocker senr of the Parish of
Piddletrenthyde In the County of Dorset Yeoman Being in perfect
mind and memory do order & ordain this my last will and
Testament in manner and form following that is to say First my
Daughter Constant wife of Francis Old now Living with me is to
Take all the Goods which she has Brought in to my house at any
time when she leaves me or at my Decease I Give unto my son
George one hundred pounds Also I Give unto my son James one
hundred pounds Item I Give unto my son Robert one hundred pounds
Item I Give unto my son Charles one shilling Item I Give unto my
Daughter Constant wife of Francis Old one hundred pounds to her
owne Disposal Item I Give unto my son William one hundred pounds
Likewise I Give him all my wearing Apparell after my Decease
Item I Give unto my Son George the Bed I now sleep upon and
Likewise my Clock after my Decease Item I Give unto my son
Christopher thirty pounds Item I Give unto my Granddaughter Ann
Old Daughter of Francis and Constant Old my Chest of Drawers
Likewise I Give All the rest of my Household Goods unto my son
George and my Daughter Constant to be parted Equal between them
Item I give unto my son John After my Decease my House where I
now live with a Copy Hold Estate thereunto belonging
And Lastly all the rest of my Property
whatsoever as Cash Crops and all other Property which I may Die
possessed of I Give and bequeath unto my son George after all my
just Debts and Funeral Expences paid and I hereby Declare and
Appoint my son George Crocker my whole and sole Executor of This
my last Will and Testament and I do hereby Declare sign seal and
Deliver this as my Last will and Testament this Twenty First Day
of February And in the Year of our Lord one Thousand Eight
hundred and Twenty William Crocker
