In the Name of God Amen I Humphrey Corrall of the Parish of East Greenwich in the County of Kent Victualler being sick and weak in Body but of sound and disposing Mind Memory and Understanding (Thanks be given to Almighty God for the same) considering the certainty of Death and the Uncertainty of the Hour thereof do make and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner following (that is to say) ffirst I recommend my Soul into the Hands of Almighty God my Creator hoping through the Merits Death and Passion of my dear Redeemer Jesus Christ to receive Pardon and Remission of all my Sins my Body I commit to the Earth to be decently buried at the Discretion of my Executrix hereinafter named And as to such Worldly Estate as it hath pleased God to bless me withal I dispose thereof as follows (that is to say) I give devise and bequeath unto Mrs Elizabeth Phillips of Hatton in the County of Warwick Widow one Shilling and no more All the Rest and Residue of my Estate and Effects Household Goods ready Money Plate Rings jewels Bills Bonds Debts and other Securities and all other my Estate and Effects of what Nature or Kind soever the same shall or may be or consist at the time of my Decease after my just Debts and ffuneral Charges are paid and discharged I give devise and bequeath the same unto my dear and loving Wife Elizabeth Corrall her Heirs Executors Admors and Assigns respectively for ever And I do hereby make and appoint her my said Wife Elizabeth Corrall sole Executrix of this my Will and do hereby revoke and make void all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Humphrey Corrall have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this twenty fourth Day of September in the third Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third by the Grace of God of Great Britain ffrance and Ireland King Defender of the ffaith and so forth and in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty three Humphrey Corrall
