In the Name of God Amen the second day of ffebruary Anno Dm One Thousand Six Hundred Sixty and Seaven I Alice Cope of Milton in the County of Berks widow being in good and perfect health and of sound memory thanks be to God for the Same and knowing the uncertainty of this life and desirous to sett things in order Doe make this my Last Will and Testament in manner and forme following That is to say ffirst and principally I commend my Soule to Almighty God and my body to be buried according to the discretion of my Executrix and my worldly goods as followeth Imprimis I give and bequeath unto my two Grandchildren now liveing in Drayton in the County of Oxon Tenne Shillings a peice to be paid within Twelve Moneths after my decease Item I give and bequeath unto my daughter Anne Barnes one Shilling to be paid within the like yeare of time after my decease and unto her Two Children Tenne Shillings a peice to be paid as aforesd Item I give and bequeath unto my wellbeloved Cossen Katherine Croxford my best Red Pettycoate to be delivered immediately after my decease And all the rest and residue of my goods chattells ready money And all my reall and personal estate whatsoever I give and bequeath unto my deare and loving Daughter Joane Cope Spinster and her I make and ordaine full and sole Executrix hereby absolutely revokeing all former and other wills gifts and Legacies whatsoever and I do establish this to be my last Will and Testament In Witnesse whreof I have hereunto set my hand and Seale the day and yeare ffirst above written Alice Cope
