In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Constable of Ravenstone in the County of Bucks Lace Merchant being Sick and Weak of Body but of sound mind memory and understanding thanks be to God for do make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say first and principally I commend my Soul into the Hands of Almighty God who gave it me and my Body to the Earth from whence it came in hopes of a joyful Resurrection through the Merits of my Saviour Jesus Christ and as for such Worldly Estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me I dispose thereof as follows first I give and devise all that my Cottage or Tenement Situate and being in the Parish of Olney in the County of Bucks heretofore in the Occupation of Elizabeth Pomfret Widow and late in the Occupation of Daniel Robinson the Cottage or Tenement now in the Occupation of Edmund Dunvile lying on the South side and the Cottage or Tenement late in the Occupation of Samuel King and now in the Occupation of Nathaniel Gees North and fronting the Comon Street West unto my Ten Grandchildren Namely Mary Warren Thomas Warren and Sarah Warren Ezekiel Wallis Thomas Wallis and Sarah Wallis and Thomas Brooks John Brooks Sarah Brooks and Mary Brooks to be equally divided amongst them at the discretion of my Trustees hereinafter named Also I give and bequeath unto my Granddaughter Sarah Wallis my Chest of Drawers now Standing and being in my Parlour Also I give and bequeath unto my Nephew Thomas Constable Hammond my Chest wherein I put my Wearing Apparel now also Standing and being in my Parlour Also I Will and ordain that my Trustees hereinafter named to this my last Will and Testament their Executors and Administrators for and towards the performance of this my lat Will and Testament shall with all Convenient Speed after my decease bargain sell and Alien in fee simple all that my said Cottage or Tenement before mentioned for the doing and executing and perfect finishing thereof I do by these presents give grand Will and Transfer to my said Trustees and to their Executors and Administrators full power and Authority to Grant Alien Bargain Sell Convey and Assure all that my Cottage or Tenement aforesaid to any person or persons and their heirs forever in fee Simple by all and every such lawful Ways and means in the law as to my said Trustees or their Executors or Administrators or his or their Council learned in the law shall seem fit or necessary And also all the rest residue and remainder of my Goods and Chattels whatsoever or wheresoever I shall be possessed of at the time of my death I give and bequeath unto my three Daughters Namely Mary Warren Alithia Brooks and Margaret Wallis to be equally divided amongst them share and share Alike at the discretion of my Trustees hereinafter named And I do hereby nominate and Appoint my good ffriends Mr John Holloway and Mr John Kightely Northend to be sole Trustees of this my last Will and Testament and I do hereby revoke and make void all former and other Wills by me heretofore made and I do declare this and none other to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this tenth day of December in the Year of Our Lord One thousand seven hundred and forty six Thos Constable
