In the Name of God Amen I Mary Constable of Dorking in the County of Surrey Widow being in good health of Body and of sound and disposing mind and memory (praised be the Lord therefore) but considering the uncertainty of this transitory Life revoking all former Wills by me made and published Do make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament wherein first I bequeath and yeild up my Soul into the hands of Almighty God my Creator and my Body to the Earth untill the Resurrection hoping by the merits death and passion of my only Saviour Jesus Christ and by no other means to have Remission of all my Sins and to enjoy eternall Life in the Kingdom of Heaven And I will that my Body be decently buried by the direction of my Executor hereafter named And as for such Estate as God hath blessed me withall in this Life I give and dispose of the same as followeth Vizt Imprimis I give and bequeath unto the poor of the Parish of Dorking Twenty shillings to be paid unto Such of them as my Executors shall think fitt Itm I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Sarah Steere and unto my Granddaughter Mary Hickman all my wearing Apparell to be equally divided between them Item all the rest and residue of my Goods Chattles and personall Estate whatsoever (after my Debts Legacys and ffunerall Expences shall be fully satisfied and paid) I do give and bequeath unto my Son William Constable whom I make nominate and appoint sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Mary Constable have to this my last Will and Testament sett my hand and Seal this Eight and Twentieth Day of February in the tenth Year of the Reigne of our Soveraigne Lady Anne by the grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland Queen Defender of the Faith Et Anno Dm 1711 Mary Constable
