In the Name of God Amen I John Constable of the Parish of Capel in the County of Surrey ffarmer in Husbandry being weak in Body but of sound and well disposing Mind and Memory blessed be Almighty God therefore do this Eighteenth Day of January in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty three make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say ffirst I commend my Soul to God And my Body to the Earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executrix hereinafter named and as touching that Temporal Estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me I give and bequeath the same as follows that is to say ffirst I will and direct that all my Debts and ffuneral Charges shall in the first Place be paid and discharged out of my said Estates by my Executor hereinafter named And I give and bequeath unto my Cousin Thomas Weller eight Pounds of lawfull Money and one Pair of tow Sheets to be paid and delivered by my Executor herein after named within six Months next after my Decease And also I give and bequeath unto my Cousin John Weller eight Pounds of lawful Money and one Pair of Tow Sheets to be paid and delivered by my Executor hereinafter named within six Months next after my Decease And also I give and bequeath unto my Cousin William Weller all the Rest and Residue of my Goods Chattels Monies Bonds Bills Securities and Estates whatsoever and of what Nature or Kind soever he paying my debts Legacies and ffuneral Charges And Lastly I do hereby nominate make ordain constitute and appoint him my said Cousin William Wells to be my whole and sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament contained in one sheet of Paper In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal the Day and Year first above written
