In the
Name of God Amen I James Colwell
of Chiswell Street ffinsbury
Square in the parish of Saint
Luke Middlesex Cordwainer being
sound in mind but weak in body
do hereby revoke all Wills by me
at any time heretofore made& do
declare this only to be my last
Will & Testament ffirst I direct
that all my just debts ffuneral
& Testamentary Expences be fully
paid & satisfied by my Exor as
soon as conveniently may be
after my decease I give and
bequeath all and singular my
Personal Estate Debts & Effects
of what nature or kind soever
the same may be which I may be
possessed of at the time of my
decease unto my son George
Colwell & my Daughter Mary Bezer
that is to say two thirds unto
my Son George Colwell & one
third to my Daughter Mary Bezer
for their own sole & separate
use absolutely for ever I Also
give & bequeath unto my son
Stephen Colwell one shilling And
I hereby nominate constitute &
appoint my said Son George
Colwell sole Executor of this my
Will In Witness whereof I have
hereunto subscribed my hand &
affixed my Seal this twenty
first day of April in the year
of our Lord One thousand eight
hundred & Sixteen
