the death
and pacon of
my Lord and
Saviour

to Obtaine

Everlastinge

kingdom of
heaven with
the Elect
and Chosen
people of
God and for
my body to
be Decently

discretion
of my
executor
hereafter

worldly

the Lord of
his marcy
hath lent me

Despense the

followeth
