In the Name of God Amen I Bathsheba Cohen of the Parish of St Catherine Cree Church London being well in Body and mind do hereby declare this to be my last Will and Testament in manner following viz I give and bequeath unto the Portuguese Jewish Synagogue of Bevis Marks London the sum of ten pounds as a Legacy Item I give and bequeath unto the Society of Orphan Boys called Sahare or a Veaby Setomin the sum of five pounds as a Legacy Item I give unto my Executor hereafter mentioned the sum of ten pounds to distribute among such Poor as he shall think fit Item I give and bequeath unto my Nephew Moses Nunes Senior the sum of twenty pounds as a Legacy Item I give and bequeath unto my Niece Leah the Wife of Moses Nunes Senior the sum of twenty pounds as a Legacy I give and bequeath unto my Nieces Jael Nunes and Rachael Nunes Daughters of my Nephew Moses Nunes Senior and Leah Nunes his Wife the sum of twenty five pounds each Item I give and bequeath unto my Cousin Isaac Israel Nunes the sum of ten pounds Item I give unto Aron Brandon ten pounds as a Legacy Item I give and bequeath unto my Cousins Rachel Abarbanel and Abarbanel the sum of fifty pounds each Item I give and bequeath unto my Cousin Easter Dias the sum of ten pounds Item I give and bequeath unto my Executor hereafter mentioned the sum of fifty pounds Item I give and bequeath unto all the children of my Sister Jael Nunes that shall be living at the time of my decease the sum of five pounds each Item I give and bequeath unto each of the Daughters of my Brother Joseph Abarbanel that shall be living at the time of my decease twenty pounds Consolidated Three Per Cent Bank Annuities and all my wearing Apparel and Linen between them share and share alike and the residue of all that I shall die possessed of after all my ffuneral Expences and other Debts be paid I give and bequeath unto my Nephew Benjamin Abarband Son of my deceased Brother Joseph Abarband and it is my express will that he shall be satisfied with what my Executor hereafter mentioned shall Pay or cause to be Paid him for the above named residue without calling or demanding any Accounts of him whatsoever I being fully satisfied with his Integrity and honour Lastly I do hereby Constitute and Appoint Elias Lindo Son of my Cousin Bathsheba Lindo deceased to be my sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament revoking all former Wills made by me and do hereby Sign and Seal this my last Will and Testament  this first day of ffebruary in the Year one thousand seven hundred and seventy nine B C Cohen her Mark Witnesses Mary Simpson _ L Isaacs
