This is the last Will of me Giles Coates of Cirencester confectioner I give all and every my Estate and Effects both real and personal of what ever description and wheresoever situate unto my brother Robert Coates To hold to him his executors admors and assigns respectively according to the natures thereof Upon trust by and out of the same whether by sale or otherwise as he or they may think proper to raise the sum of two hundred and fifty pounds and pay one hundred pound part thereof to my daughter Sarah the sum of one hundred pounds other part thereof to my daughter Mary Ann and the remaining sum of fifty pounds I desire my said brother to invest at interest until the children of my late daughter Elizabeth shall attain the age of twenty pounds when the said sum of fifty pounds with all accumulations shall be divided equally between such children but in case either shall die previously the whole to the survivor and subject thereto Upon trust to stand possessed of all my said estate and effects for the benefit of my son George his Heirs exors and admors for his and their own use and benefit but subject to this express provision that he my said son shall permit my daughter Mary Ann to live with him as long as she remains unmarried and afford her a competent maintenance but if from any cause she shall leave my said son shall allow her my said daughter Mary Ann the sum of six shillings per week for the term of her life or until she shall marry which shall first happen And I declare that the receipt of my said brother Robert shall be a sufficient discharge for all monies which may be paid to him under or by virtue of this my will And I appoint my said brother Executor of my will Witness my hand this second day of July one thousand eight hundred and forty one Giles Coates
