Will of Robt Clements hereto annexed was duly sworn before me,
and that the effects of the deceased do not amount to two
hundred Pounds

This Will was proved at Calne on the 18
Feby 1797 before the Revd Thos Greenwood Clerk M.A. lawful
Surrogate of the Reverend and Worshipful the Archdeacon of the
Archdeaconry of Wilts and by him Adcon of the Goods & Chatles of
the deced & soforth was granted unto Richd Hickley the sole Exor
within named being first duly sworn of the truth of the said
Will to perform the same and pay the Debts and Legacies of the
deceased &c And to make a true Invry & render a just Account
when required Saving the Rights of all Persons

This is the last Will and Testament of me
Robert Clements of Avebury in the County of Wilts Yeoman, First
I give to my Daughter Leah Clements All those my two Tenements
or Dwelling Houses in Avebury aforesaid with all and singular
their appurtenances to hold to her and her Heirs for ever, and
my Bed Bedstead and Appurtenances thereunto belonging and a
Chest of Drawers a Table and large Coffer and Glass all in the
inner Chamber Also I give to my three Children Stephen Clements,
Rachel Dixon, and Ann Alexander All the rest residue and
remainder of my Estate and Effects whatsoever or wheresoever
found to be equally divided between them by my Executor herein
after named or any person or persons whom he shall appoint for
that purpose And my Will is that all my just Debts and Funeral
Expences be thereout first paid and Discharges as soon as
convenient may be, And I do ordain make and appoint Richard
Hickley of Avebury aforesaid Sole Executor of this my last Will
and Testament And I will that my said Executor shall be fully
paid for all time and Expences relating to the Execution of this
my last Will In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and
Seal this ninth Day of June 1795
