I Leah Clements of the Parish of Avebury
in the County of Wilts being of sound Mind but infirm Heath do
declare my last will and Testament to be as follows ffirstly I
will and bequeath to my Dear Sister Mrs Rachel Dixon my house
land appurtenances thereunto belonging situated near the
Turnpike (and which is free?? land) during her natural life and
after her death to her daughter Mary Dixon and her heirs for
ever Secondly to my dear sister Rachel Dixon I will and bequeath
after my just debts are discharged all the Remainder of my
property of whatever kind it may be for her sole use and benefit
In Witness thereof I have this day set my Hand and Seal this

On the seventh day of June in the Year of
our Lord One thousand eight hundred and ? Administration (with
the will annexed) of all and singular the Goods Chattels and
Credits of Leah Clements late of Avebury in the County of Wilts
Spinster deceased was granted to Mary Clements formerly Dixon
Spinster (wife of Robert Clements) the Niece of the deceased and
a Legatee named in the said Will having been first sworn duly to
administer No Executor being named in the said Will and Rachel
Ffolman (Wife of John Ffolman?) formerly Dixon Widow the natural
and lawful Sister and Residuary Legatee dying intestate without
having taken upon her the Letters of Administration (with the
said will annexed) of the Goods of the said deceased and the
said John FFolman having also renounced the Letters of
Administration (with the said Will annexed of the Goods of the
said deceased
