Clarke

Heckington
in
the
County
of
Lincoln,
plumber
and
glazier
being
of
sound
and
perfect
mind,
memory
and
understanding
thro’
the
mercies
of
God
do
make
and
ordain
this
my
last
Will
and
Testament
in
manner
and
form
following.
That
is
to
say,
First
I
give
and
devise
unto
my
dear
and
beloved
wife
SARAH
CLARKE
all
those
two
mofsuages
or
tenements
with
the
yards
or
homesteads
thereto
belonging
and
adjoining
situate
and
being
in
Heckington
aforesaid
with
the
appurtenances,
one
of
which
is
now
in
my
own
tenure
and
the
other
in
tenure
of
Edward
Stamton
his
undertenants
or
afsigns
for
and
during
the
term
of
her
natural
life.
And
from
and
immediately
after
her
decease
I
give
and
devise
the
same
unto
my
kinsman
HENRY
CLARKE
of
Spalding,
son
of
John
Clark
late
of
Donington
and
to
his
heirs
forever.
Also
I
give
and
bequeath
unto
my
said
wife
the
sum
of
Sixty
pounds
to
be
paid
to
her
within
six
months
next
after
my
decease.
And
also
I
give
and
bequeath
to
my
said
wife
all
and
every
part
of
my
household
furniture.
And
all
the
rest
residue
and
remainder
of
my
goods
and
chattels
unbequeathed
I
give
and
bequeath
unto
Mr
BOAZ
BAXTER
of
Helpringham
in
the
said
County
and
Mr
WILLIAM
PARKE
of
Little
Hale
in
the
County
aforesaid
and
the
survivor
of
them
his
executors,
administrators
and
afsigns.
Upon
this
special
trust
and
confidence
in
them
reposed
that
they
the
said
Boaz
Baxter
and
William
Parke
and
the
survivor
of
them
his
exor’s
administrators
or
afsigns
do
put
and
place
out
upon
government
or
other
good
security
the
said
remainder
of
all
my
goods
and
chattels
after
payment
of
all
my
just
debts,
legacies,
funeral
expenses
and
the
probate
of
this
my
Will.
And
also
paying
themselves
all
costs,
charges
and
expenses
and
for
their
trouble
in
collecting
and
getting
in
my
debts
and
in
the
sale
of
my
effects
and
the
interest
and
proceed
arising
there
from
do
pay
unto
my
said
wife
for
and
during
the
term
of
her
natural
life
and
from
and
after
her
decease
do
pay
the
said
remainder
of
my
effects
which
shall
or
may
be
then
remaining
unto
my
said
kinsman
Henry
Clarke
and
my
kinsman
Henry
Clarke
son
of
my
brother
Henry
Clarke
of
Helpringham
aforesaid
equally
between
them
share
and
share
alike.
And
I do
hereby
make
constitute
and
appoint
the
said
Boaz
Baxter
and
William
Parke
my
only
whole
and
sole
executors
of
this
my
last
Will
and
Testament
hereby
revoking
all
other
wills
by
me
heretofore
at
any
time
made,
declaring
this
to
be
my
last
Will
and
Testament
and
I do
hereby
indemnifie
the
said
Boaz
Baxter
and
William
Parke
and
the
survivor
of
them,
his
executors,
administrators
and
afsigns
from
any
of
my
monies
that
may
be
by
them
or
any
of
them
placed
out
upon
bad
or
insufficient
security
or
securities
except
the
same
be
done
by
their
own
willful
neglect
or
default.
And
my
will
is
that
neither
of
them
shall
be
answerable
or
accountable
for
the
neglect
or
default
of
the
other,
but
each
for
himself
and
for
no
other
monies
but
what
shall
actually
be
paid
into
his
own
hands
and
left
entirely
under
his
own
care.
