In the Name of God Amen I Martha Clarke of the Parish of Weybridge in the County of Surrey Widow being of sound mind do Will and bequeath to my beloved Daughter Mary Evans Widow now residing at Weybridge aforesaid after all my just debts and funeral expences are paid all my property of every description whatsoever during her own natural life and at her decease for her beloved Son John Evans now residing in the City of Chester for his own and sole use And I do hereby appoint Mary Evans my Executrix & John Evans my Executor revoking all former Wills and declare this to be my last Will and Testament being signed sealed and delivered this fourteenth day of July One thousand eight hundred and twenty one in the presence of Martha Clarke Witnesses Sarah Brookes _ Ann Matthews _ James Hunt
