will
and
Testament
in
manner

forms

Imprimis
I
give
unto
my
daughter
ANNE
CLARK
the
sum
of
Fifty
pounds
to
be
payd
her
by
my
Executrix
when
she
shall
attain
her
age
of
Twenty
and
One
Years,
but
in
case
she
shall
chance
to
die
before
then,
it
shall
rest
or
remain
with
my
said
Executrix.
And
I
hereby
impour
my
two
friends
my
Uncle
Mr
Richard
Holingworth
and
my
brother
Mr
William
Presgrave
of
Skredington
to
see
to
and
act
in
trust
for
my
said
daughter
Anns
legasy
of
fifty
pounds
that
if
they
or
either
of
them
shall
think
it
needful
or
nefsasery
to
take
the
said
fifty
pounds
out
of
my
Executrixs
hand
at
any
time
after
twelve
months
after
my
decease,
they
may
and
place
it
out
to
interest
for
her,
my
said
daughter,
and
further
my
will
is
that
my
said
Executrix
hereafter
named
shall
take
care
of
and
provide
for
my
said
daughter
Ann
with
meat,
drink
and
skooling
and
what
she
that
shall
be
needful
or
necessary
for
her
bringing
up
till
she
shall
atain
her
said
age
of
twenty
and
one
years.
Item
all
the
rest
or
remainder
of
my
goods
and
chattels
whatsoever
undisposed,
I
give
and
bequeath
unto
my
dear
and
loving
wife,
whom
I do
hereby
make
hole
and
sole
Executrix
of
this
my
present
last
will

Testament
revoking
all
other
wills
by
me
heretofore
made.
