In the Name of God Amen. I ROBERT CLARK of Brafby in the County of Lincoln Grafiour being weak in body but of a perfect mind and memory Blefsed be God doe make this my Laft Will & Teftament in manner and form as followeth.
Impris I commend my soul to Almighty God begging pardon for all my sins and hoping for mercy through our blefsed Lord and saviour Jefus Chrift. And as to the worldly goods it hath pleased God to blefs me with of dispofe of as followeth. Firft I give divife and bequeath to my eldift SON ROBERT CLARK my houfe and land all ofbanby after his mothers death and to him ten pounds in money at the age of 21 years. I give to my DAUGHTER MARY CLARK the sume of forty pounds. Item I give to my SONE ANDREW CLARK the sume of forty pounds. Item I give to my SON WILLIAM CLARK the sume of forty pounds. Item I give alfo to my SON JOHN CLARK the sume of forty pounds and that they shall have their portion payd as they come to the age of 21 years. Note my defire is alfo that they shall have their bringing up and education without any deduction of their fortune and my defire is that my brothers Wheatley and John Hilton will be truftees for my children. And all the reft of my goods and chattels am poffesfed of I give devife and bequeath to my beloved wife whom I appoint sole Executrix of this my laft will with whom I difcharge with the payment of thefe legafis and all other juft debts.
I declare this to be my laft will and teftament where unto I have set my hand and seal this 23 day of Defember in the year of our Lord 1747
