The Will of me William Claridge of Heythrop in the parish of Banbury in the County of Oxon Tanner ffirst I give devise and bequeath unto my loving Brother Henry Claridge all my Reall and Personall Estate whatsoever of what Nature Kind or Quality the same is To have and to hold the same unto the said Henry Claridge his heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever he paying thereout all such just Debts as I shall owe at the time of my decease and I do hereby charge all my Reall and Personall Estate to and with the payment of the same I give unto my loving Mother Hannah Claridge the Sum of Twenty Pounds of lawful Money unto my loving Brother Thomas Clarridge the Sum of fforty pounds of like money if he comes and personally demands the same within two years if not then I give the said fforty pounds to andamongst all the Children of the said Thomas Claridge Share and Share alike I also give unto my loving Brother Daniel Clarridge an Annuity of fforty Shillings to be paid yearly during his life by my Executor herein after named And I do hereby charge my Reall Estate for the payment thereof And I do hereby constitute and appoint my said loving Brother Henry Claridge sole and only Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills In Witness whereof In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this seventeenth day of May Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and twenty nine
