This is the last Will and Testament of me Isabella Charlton of Hexham in the County of Northumberland Innkeeper – I order all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses to be paid out of any estate and effects I give devise and bequeath All my real and personal estate and effects whatsoever unto my daughter Mary Charlton absolutely – I appoint the said Mary Charlton Executrix of this my Will – I revoke all other Wills by me heretofore made – Given under my hand the Twenty Sixth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty four Isabella Charlton
