To MARGARET LEYLAND widow who now lives with me the like sum of £10. To ANN daughter of WILLIAM BOLTON of Wigan butcher the sum of £5 and as for and considering the residue and remainder of all and every my goods and chattels and personal estate whatsoever together with all my lands and real estate whatsoever I give and devise the same and every part and parts thereof unto THOMAS GREEN of Clayton in the said County of Lancaster who marryed my kinswoman BETTY CATTERALL  ..... he paying the legacies before ?....? together with my debts hereby revoking all former wills made by me and I make and appoint the said THOMAS GREEN sole executor of this my last will and testament whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal 14 August 1741
