This is the last Will and Testament of me Ann Cash of Stonehouse in the County of Devon Widow I wish and desire all my Articles of Plate Jewelry Household Goods and ffurniture Linen and all other my Effects to be collected and put together in a clean and decent condition as soon as possible can be after my decease the produce or amount thereof together with all other my money Estate and Effects of every sort and discription whatsoever which I may be possessed of at the time of my decease (subject however to the payment of my just debts funeral and testamentary expences and the following Legacies that is to say to Miss Maria Hannaford of Devonport the Sum of five pounds to Mr Thomas Prouse of Stonehouse aforesaid Builder the like sum of five pounds and to Mrs Ann Prouse Wife of the said Thomas Prouse the sum of two pounds) I give and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto Mrs Eva Reeves of Stonehouse Widow to and for her own absolute use and benefit And I hereby nominate constitute and appoint the said Thomas Prouse Executor of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Ann Cash have hereunto set my hand and seal this sixteenth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty_ Ann Cash
