I Elizabeth Cartwright of Isleworth and late of Strand on the Green in the County of Middlesex do give and bequeath to my Son Thomas Cartwright Butcher Hammersmith and my Daughter Mary Ann Pepper what money I am possessed of after my decease to be equally divided between them the said Thomas Cartwright and Mary Ann Pepper also I give all my paintings & drawings to be equally divided among them and such stock I give to my son Thomas Cartwright It is my particular request that all my furniture of every description in the House my Daughter Mary Ann Pepper shall have for her use This is my last will and testament Witness my hand & seal this third day of ffebruary 1830
