In the Name of God Amen I Robert Carr of the Parish of Slaley in the County of Northumberland Mariner being in perfect Health and Memory and ready going away an intended Voyage from this Port of London to a Port in his Majestyes Plantations in Virginia remembering the Uncertainty of this mortal life do make this my last Will and Testament revoking all former Wills Imp I recommend my Soul to the Almighty God that gave it 2dly As for what worldly Effects which God is pleased to bless me with I give and bequeath in Manner following I will and bequeath to my dear and loving Mother Jane Hill of the Parish of Slaley abovesaid in the County of Northumberland One hundred Pounds the Interest of it only for life after her decease the said one hundred Pounds to be divided equally between my loving Brother and Sister Edward Hill and Mary ffarnbridge ffifty pounds each their Heirs Executors or Assigns the Residue and Remainder of my Effects which shall be or remain after the said one hundred Pounds is paid I give and bequeath unto my beloved and trusty ffriends Thomas Story and Hannah his Wife and at their Disposal And I here ordain and appoint the said Thomas Story and Hannah his Wife living in the Parish of Wapping in the County of Middlesex Executors of this my last Will and Testament Witness my Hand this tenth day of March 1732 in the sixth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second King of Great Britain ffrance and Ireland Robert Carr Signed Sealed and delivered in the Presence of us Richard Watson George Carr Geo: Hastings Scr: on Wapping Wall
