The Will of William Meecham Bythewood

This is my Will I leave all I have in the World to Elizabeth Sophia Davies Wo to do with as she thinks fit my Manuscripts I wish buried & Pheney to have the right of purchasing at 300£ I appoint the said E.S. Davies my Executrix W.M. Bythewood Barrister at Lincolns Inn

Appeared personally John Winter Jones of No 15 Leigh Street Burton Crescent in the County of Middlesex Gentleman and George Augustus Price of No 17 Henry Street Kennington in the County of Surry Gentleman and made oath that they knew and were well acquainted with William Meecham Bythewood late of Greville Street Brook Street Holborn and of Grays Inn in the County of Middlesex Barrister at Law deceased as also with his manner and character of handwriting and subscription having often seen him write and subscribe his name and having now viewed and inspected the Paper writing hereunto annexed purporting to be and contain the last Will and Testament of the said Deceased beginning thus: “This is my Will I leave all I have in the World” and ending “appoint the said E.S. Davies my Executrix” “ and is subscribed “W.M. Bythewood Barrister at Lincolns Inn” they say they verily and in their consciences believe the whole body series & contents of the said Will and the subscription thereto to be the proper Handwriting and subscription of the said Deceased J.W.Jones _Geo: Aug: Price
