The Will of Joshua Bythewood
This is the last Will
and testament of me Joshua Bythewood Ball of
Buckland Street Buckland in the County of
Southampton I give and bequeath all my
Household goods and furniture wearing
apparel money and securities for money and
all other my personal estate and effects to
which I shall be entitled at the time of my
death subject to the payment of my just
debts funeral and testamentary expenses unto
my Wife Naomi Celia Ball And I appoint my
wife Naomi Celia Ball aforesaid Guardian of
my two children by my first marriage namely
Louisa Mary Ball and Alfred John Ball and I
also appoint my wife Naomi Celia Ball
aforesaid sole Executrix of this my Will in
witness whereof I have subscribed my hand
this eleventh day of June one thousand eight
