This is the Last Will and Testament of me
Zilpah Butts of Weston Green in the County of Surrey Spinster I
give to Mr Willm Allistal of Pimlico in the Copunty of Middlesex
the sum of One hundred pounds Stock in the three per Cents I
give to Mr ffrancis Applebee of Windmill Street Tottenham Court
Road Shoemaker One hundred pounds like stock I give to his Son
William Applebee two hundred pounds like Stock I give to his
other children George Applebee James Applebee and Zilpah
Applebee the sum of One hundred pounds like stock to be divided
between them in equal shares I give to Mr Benjamin Wilkinson of
Hounslow Nurseryman one of my Executors hereinafter named the
sum of fifty pounds like Stock for his trouble And I give and
bequeath unto the said Benjamin Wilkinson and Alfred King of
Lyons Inn in the County of Middlesex Gentleman their Exors
Admors and Assigns the sum of Eight hundred pounds like Stock
upon trust that they or the Survivor of them or the Executors
Admors and Assigns of such Survivor do and shall either continue
the said sum invested in the said three per cents in their or
his names at Interest Or do and shall from time to time with the
consent of Mrs Zilpah Alliston (Wife of the said William
Alliston) during her life and after her decease at the
discretion of him or them the said Trustees or trustee for the
time being alter vary and transpose the said sum of eight
hundred pounds so to be invested as aforesaid and the Stocks
funds and securities on or upon which the same for the time
being shall be laid out and invested for or into other Stocks
funds and securities of a like nature And I do hereby declare
that the said trustees or trustee for the time being shall stand
and be possessed of and interested in the same trust monies or
Stocks funds and securities and the Interest dividends and
annual produce thereof Upon trust that they the said trustees or
trustee for the time being do and shall during the life of the
said Zilpah Alliston pay apply and dispose of the interest
dividends and annual produce of the same trust monies Stocks
funds and securities to such person or persons only and for such
interest or purposes only as the said Zilpah Alliston
notwithstanding her present or any future Coverture as if she
were sole and unmarried shall from time to time by any Writing
or Writings signed by her signed by her with her own hand direct
or appoint but not so as to deprive herself of the benefit
thereof by sale mortgage Charge or otherwise in the way of
Anticipation and in default of an until such direction or
appointment and subject thereto into the proper hands of the
said Zilpah Alliston for her sole and separate use and benefit
exclusively of her present husband or any future husband or
husbands whom she may marry and without being in any wise
subject to his or their debts controul interference or
engagements and the receipts or receipt of the said Zilpah
Alliston or of such person or persons as she shall from time to
time direct and appoint to receive the said Interest dividends
and annual produce or any part thereof shall notwithstanding her
present or any future Coverture be an effectual discharge or
effectual discharges for the money therein respectively
acknowledged to be received And after the decease of the said
Zilpah Alliston the same trust monies Stocks funds and
securities and the Interest dividends and annual produce shall
remain and be In trust for such person or persons as and in such
manner as the said Zilpah Alliston by any Deed or Deeds
Instrument or Instruments in Writing with or without power of
revocation & new appointment to be by her duly executed and
attested by her last Will in Writing or any Codicil thereto or
any Writing purporting to be her Will to be by her duly signed
and published and attested shall whether sole or married from
time to time direct or appoint And I give all the Residue of my
Personal Estate and Effects unto the said Zilpah Alliston for
her own absolute use And I appoint the said Benjamin Wilkinson
and Alfred King Executors of this my Will And I direct that each
of them shall be answerable for his own acts and shall not be
answerable for involuntary losses And that they shall be at
liberty to reimburse themselves all expences they may be put to
in the execution of the trusts of this my Will In Witness
whereof the said Testatrix Zilpah Butts hath hereunto set her
hand and seal this twenty first day of January one thousand
