This is the last Will and Testament of me John Butler of Kidlington in the County of Oxford Bacon Factor I give and bequeath All my Freehold messuage or tenement situate at Kidlington aforesaid and all other my real estate whatsoever and wheresoever Also all and every my Goods Chattels and personal estate of whatever nature or kind the same may be unto my dear wife Deborah Butler To hold the same real and personal estates respectively unto her my said Wife Deborah Burke her heirs executors administrators and assigns according to the respective nature and quality thereof subject nevertheless to the payment of the legacy or sum of twenty pounds of sterling money which I hereby bequeath to my nephew William Butler who is now living with me and in my service provided he continue in my service at the time of my death but not otherwise And I hereby appoint my said wife Deborah Butler sole Executrix of this my Will In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand this seventeenth day of September one thousand eight hundred and fifty one _ John Butler
