The Will of Elizabeth Butler

 

In the Name of God I Elizabeth Butler of Bicester in the County of Oxford in the County of Oxford Widow being in health and sound mind and memory thanks be to God do make this my last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say I Give and Bequeath to my Daughter Elizabeth Camden Wife of W Camden a Barn Backside three Acres of Arable Land in the Common ffield of West Crook with a Parcel of Meadow Ground in west brooks mead all in the occupation of Thomas Hatton of ffaringdon in the County of Berks ffarmer and all other Goods Estates and Effects of what kind soever I shall be possessed with at my decease I Give to my said Daughter Elizabeth Camden I having made a Surrender to my last Will in the Court Rolls at Farringdon I do Constitute and Appoint my Daughter Elizabeth Camden to be sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I set my hand and Seal this Second day of September one thousand seven hundred and Sixty two Eliz: Butler
