This is the last will and testament of me ELIZABETH BUTCHER of no 14 Goldsmith Place, Hackney Road in the County of Middlesex widow I hereby give devise and bequeath subject to the payment of my debts funeral and testamentary expences all my household furniture goods and chattells and effects and all arrears which may be due and owing to me from my late Uncles JOSEPH CHAMPNEYs estate and all other estate and effects of what nature of kind soever and wheresoever unto my cousin Mr JOHN TAYLOR UTLAY absolutely for his own use and benefit and I hereby appoint him Executor of this my last will revoking all former and other wills by me heretofore made I do decalre this to be my last will and testament In witnesses whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal 10 February 1831
