The Will of Thomas Burrell

In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Burrell of the City of Rochester in the County of Kent Fisherman and Dredgerman being of sound Mind Memory and understanding Do make publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament in manner and form following, that is to say, First I desire to be decently buried by and under the direction of my Executrix hereinafter named Also I give and bequeath All that my Smack or Vessell called or known by the Name of the Hannah with the Tackle and Appurtenances to her belonging and also the small or Skiff to her also belonging unto my son Edward Burrell his Heirs and Assigns for ever Also I give and bequeath all and every my Household Goods and the rest residue and remainder of my real and personal Estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever or of what nature or kind soever which I shall be possessed of Interested in or intitled unto at the time of my Decease unto my dear Wife Hannah her heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever And lastly I do hereby make nominate Constitute and appoint my said Wife Hannah Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former and other Wills and Codicils by me at any time heretofore made and do declare this only to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Thomas Burrell the Testator have hereunto set my hand and seal the seventeenth day of April in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and four – Thos Burrell
