The Will of Mary Bundock

 

This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Bundock of Theydon Bois in the County of Essex Widow ffirst I desire to be devoutly buried in the Church Yard of the Parish of Northweald Bassett in the said County of Essex near the Remains of my late Husband Richard Bundock and that my ffuneral may be neat and plain And I give and bequeath to my three Daughters Elizabeth the Wife of Henry Gilson Sarah the Wife of William ffairchild and Ann the Wife of Joseph Stiles all my wearing Apparel of every sort and kind to be parted and divided between and among them as equally as may be and as for and concerning all my household Goods and furniture fixtures Plate and China and my Stock in trade Horse Carts and all other my Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever (except my linen which I direct shall be parted and divided by my Executor equally amongst my seven Children herein after named) I give and bequeath such Personal Estate and Effects and every part thereof unto William Patman of Epping in the said County of Essex Gentleman upon trust to sell and dispose thereof by public Auction or Private Contract for the most money he can procure for the same and (after Payment of my just debts funeral expences and the charges of proving this my will) Upon further trust to divide the clear money to arise from such sale between and amongst my seven Children (namely) James Webb and William Webb my two Sons by my former Husband William Webb deceased Charles Bundock the said Elizabeth the Wife of Henry Gilson Sarah the Wife of William ffairchild Thomas Bundock and the said Ann the Wife of Joseph Stiles equally share and share alike And I do hereby nominate and appoint my friend the said William Patman sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament In witness whereof I the said Mary Bundock have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this first day of April in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty six      Mary Bundock
