I the Reverend Richard Buller Rector of Lanreath in the County of Cornwall do make and publish my last Will and Testament in manner following I give devise and bequeath unto my dear Wife Anne and to her Heirs Executors and Administrators All my real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever all my Personal estate of what nature or kind soever including the insurance money... in the Equitable Insurance Office Blackfriars but I desire my said dear Wife to pay the following Legacies and Annuities viz to Samuel Valcock Clerk of Lanreath Church fifteen pounds and in case of his dying before me to be divided amongst his Wife and family at the discretion of my said dear Wife To James Williams, Sexton of the said Parish five pounds a year during his life To William Farr of Penarth Town Morvale five pounds a year during his life To James Stevens of the Parish of Lanreath Two pounds a year for life in case of his death before me the Annuity to be paid to his Son Joseph Stevens for ..... if he be then living with me To Benjamin Hawkins if living in my Service at my death a Legacy of twelve pounds and to Nancy...... if living as a Servant with me at my death a like legacy of twelve pounds And I appoint my said dear Wife sole Executrix of this my Will In Witness whereof I the said Richard Buller the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this ninth day of ffebruary in the Year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and fifteen Richd Buller
