This is the last Will and Testament of me Jesse Browne of No 12 Upper Fountain Place City Road in the parish of St Lukes in the County of Middlesex bookseller ffirst I hereny devise and direct my Executrix hereinafter named to cause me to be interred in a plain and decent manner and subject to the payment of my just debts and funeral expences I do hereby devise and bequeath all my Real and Personal Estate of what nature or kind soever and wheresoever unto my dear Wife Mary Ann Browne daughter of the late Andrew Hilley Esq in the County of Devon and now living with me Also to the said Mary Ann Browne I give devise and bequeath all my right and title to the Estate situate at Kenton Mainfield otherwise Kenton Mansfield in the County of Somerset also the Cottages and Garden on the other side of the road known altogether by the name of the Three old Castles now in the occupation of William Chislett as tenant thereof between whom & myself an agreement was made bearing date 11th March 1826 Copy of which I hereby enclose & request my Executrix to conform to in all its parts All which I hereby give devise and bequeath unto my dear Wife for ever In Witness whereof I have hereunto affixed my hand and seal this          day of             in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty six Jesse W Browne
