The Will of William Brown

I William Brown of this part of Markyate Street which is in the parish of Studham in the County of Bedford yeoman do make publish and declare this to be and contain my last Will and Testament ffirst I will and direct that the ffreehold Cottage or Tenement in which I now dwell with all the appurtenances thereto belonging shall descend to my Nephew Edmund Eady of Abbots Langley in the County of Hertford Baker my Heir at Law Also I give and bequeath to my Servant Elizabeth Luck the Bed Bedstead and all other ffurniture normally contained in the Room in which she usually lies Also I give and bequeath to the said Elizabeth Luck the Sume of ffifty pounds to be paid by my Executor hereinafter named within six months next after my decease All other my Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever I give and bequeath to my said Nephew Edmund Eady his Exors and Admons and I do nominate constitute and appoint the said Edmund Eady sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this twenty seventh day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight Hundred and thirteen Wm Brown
