This is the last Will and Testament of me Anne Brooke of Chetwynd End in the County of Salop Spinster I do hereby give and devise all my Copyhold Lands within the several Manors of Great Edgmond Great Aston otherwise Chetwynd Aston  and Little Aston otherwise Church Aston by virtue of my several Surrenders in every the Courts in and belonging to the said several Manors of all my Copyhold Manors situate in every the said Manors unto and to the use of my last Will and Testament unto and to the use and behoof of my Sister Catherine Brooke her heirs and Assigns for ever Also I hereby give and devise all my Real Estate of what nature or kind soever unto my said Sister Catherine Brooke her heirs and Assigns for ever Also I do hereby give and bequeath all my Personal Estate whatsoever and of what nature or kind soever unto my said Sister Catherine Brooke her heirs and Assigns for ever And Lastly I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint  my said Sister Catherine Brooke Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all other Wills by me at any time before made and do hereby constitute and appoint this to be my only last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have to this my said last Will and Testament sett and put my hand and Seal this ffirst day of March in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty eight Anne Brooke
