The Will of Richard Brain

 

The last Will and Testament of me Richard Brain of Hooknorton in the County of Oxford Blacksmith as follows: After the payment of all my just debts and funeral expences I give and bequeath unto my dear Brother John Brain and my dear Sisters Mary the Wife of Thomas Elfred and Anne the Wife of Thomas Baughen everything that I die possessed of or intitled to, to be divided equally among my said brother and Sisters share and share alike And I appoint my said Brother John Brain of Hooknorton Farrier and Richard Bloxham of Hooknorton Plumber & Glazier to be the executors of this my last Will and Testament Witness my hand this 25th day of August 1841 _ Richard Brain
