The Will of Elizabeth Bradburne

 

This is the last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Bradburne of Wandsworth in the County of Surry Widow which I make and publish as follows ffirst I direct all my just Debts ffuneral and Testamentary Expences to be fully paid and satisfied and from and after the Payment thereof and subject thereto I do hereby give and bequeath such Household Goods and ffurniture Plate China Linen and Books as I am possessed of absolutely and have legal right to dispose of And also all my wearing apparel and all my ready Money and other my Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and which I have legal power to dispose of as aforesaid unto my Servant Ann Simmons to and for her own absolute use and benefit And I do appoint the said Ann Simmons to be Executrix of this my Will and hereby revoking all and every other Will and Wills by me made I do declare this to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this Eighteenth day of August in the Year One thousand eight hundred and six_ Eliz: Bradburne
