Testament of
me Robert
Boyd late of
Deptford but
now of
Kenton in
the County
of Devon Esq
ffirst I
give &
bequeath all
my household
Goods Plate
Linen &
China and
Books unto
my Wife
Sarah Clark
Boyd to and
for her own
absolute use
All the rest
of my
Property of
what nature
or kind
soever I
give and
bequeath
unto my
ffather
William Boyd
of Deptford
aforesaid
Esq and my
Brother in
Law John
William
Buckle of
London Esq
and the
Survivor of
them and the
Exerts and
Admors of
such
Survivor In
Trust to
place the
same in some
one other of
the Public
ffunds and
to Pay unto
or Permit my
said Wife to
receive the
Dividends
arising
therefrom
for and
during her
natural life
if she
should so
long
continue my
Widow but in
case she
should
happen to
Marry again
then in
trust as to
one Moiety
or half part
to transfer
the same to
my aforesaid
Wife or to
such person
or persons
and on such
trusts as
she shall
appoint and
as to the
other Moiety
on the same
trusts as I
shall
hereafter
direct as to
the whole of
my property
in the event
of my said
Wife dying
my Widow
that is to
say from and
after the
death of my
said Wife
she dying my
Widow on
trust that
they the
said William
Boyd and
John William
Buckle or
the Survivor
of them or
the
executors
and Admors
of such
Survivor do
and shall
stand
possessed of
the same in
trust for my
Children if
more than
one equally
to be
divided
between them
and if but
one then for
such only
Child to be
paid and
payable to
him her or
them as and
when they
shall
respectively
Attain their
Ages of
twenty one
years with
full power
for my said
Trustees to
apply all or
any part of
the
Dividends or
Principal
money in the
meantime for
their
Maintenance
and
Education or
placing them
out in the
World and I
hereby make
constitute
and appoint
the said
William Boyd
and John
William
Buckle Exors
of this my
Will In
Witness
whereof I
have
hereunto set
my hand and
seal this
twenty first
day of
January 1813
