In The name of God Amen I Henry Boult of Wells Juxta Mare in the County of Norfke gent being Sicke in body but of perfect memory doe ordain and make this my will as follows My soule I Comitt to God my Creator hopeing through the meritts and meanes of my Redeemer Jesus Christ to be eternally saved Next I give and bequeath to the poore of the Parish of Wells ffourty shillings All my goods & Chattells debts Creditts dues parts of Shipps and all other goods and utensills

I give unto fframingham Purland Gent my loveing and kind brother in Law whom I hereby make Sole Executor of this my will for him therewith to pay my debts And the Overplus to be equally divided betweene him and Katherine Boult my loveing Sister Item I give and devise my Messuage and all houses and edifices in Wells aforesaid and as much Land in Wells To be conveniently laid to the houses as shalbe worth with the houses Twenty pounds by the yeare above Reprizes and repaires of houses unto my Deare and Loveing Mother Katherine Boult Widow for and during naturall life She to have the Same houses and Land immediately after my decease And all Messuages lands and Tenements whatsoever I give and devise unto my Two Sisters Anne the Wife of fframingham Purland and Katherine Boult Spinster and to their heires To be equally divided My mothers terme and interest fro life in the premises before devised to her Onely Escepted for her life only But if my personall Estate will not be sufficient to Satisfy my debts Then I doe Authorize and appoint my said Brother in Law fframingham Purland To sell Soe much of my Lands and Tenements as will fully pay all Just debts oweing by me Witnes my hand and Seale this Twentieth day of October One Thousand Six Hundred Seaventy ffive 1675:/Henry Boult/ Signed Sealed declared and Published in the presence of John Leech; Ben: Rudkins; John Lee
