The Will of George Borer

In the Name of God Amen I George Borer of Shere in the County of Surrey Labourer do make my last Will and Testament as follows: I give & devise to my son William Borer his heirs & assigns my freehold messuages & premises in the upper Street of Shere aforesaid part of which is now in my own occupation & part in the occupation of Mr Thomas Rendall Subject nevertheless to & I hereby charge the same with the payment of one hundred Pounds to my daughter sarah Borer to whom I give the same accordingly to be paid at the end of six months next after my decease with interest at five per Cent from the end of the said six months Also I give to my said son all my personal estate & make him executor of this my Will In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand and seal the seventh day of January one thousand eight hundred and twenty two
